MASC 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) & Mid-Autumn Gathering
Date : Sunday, October 4th, 2026
When : 3:00pm - 5:30pm : AGM and Dinner (see AGM Agenda below)
6:00pm - 7:15pm : Set up lanterns... and Tanglung walkabout after sunset
(Park closes at 8pm, and we need to clean up by 6pm. Everyone is welcome to stay on after sunset for tanglung fun)

Provided by MASC : Main Dishes (with rice and drinks)

Please bring your favorite dish (main, appetizer, or dessert) to share (10-20 servings)

We have reserved the covered picnic pavilion with 20+ picnic tables, with enough sitting for all. Feel free to bring your own picnic blanket if you’d like.

AGM and Mid-Autumn gathering is a free event for current/paid MASC Members. (check on your membership by clicking the "Current Members List" button at the top of this page)

Voting or Associate Member (Regular/Silver/Platinum) may bring 1 spouse/partner. Member’s kids are welcome.

Student member is limited to 1 attendee.

Non-members welcome at fee of $15 per person.
